Pluarality of Elders

Keith W Carpenter

Elder

Hello, my name is Keith. My wife, Elibeth, and I live in Plano, Texas and have have 4 children.

I have been in the business world for over 20 years where I wore different hats from Wall Street, to our family business, then as IT Consultant for over 10 years with large consulting firms and end clients, eventually starting my own consulting firm.

I am a former Detroiter and went to undergrad at Michigan State University then went on to earn  a Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee.  Almost 20 years later, by God's grace, I enrolled in seminary where most of my heroes in the faith attended, Dallas Theological Seminary and chipped away part time at my second Masters Degree and completed it in 2020 and was Ordained to the Gospel Ministry in the Fall at Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas.

In this tumultuous time, God has put a call on my heart to be a tree and to create "trees" where the Saints may be strengthened and find rest for the battles of the Kingdom and to expand His Kingdom through intentional multiplication of Disciples and Churches as we look, expectedly, towards our Great Hope in Resurrection and the return of Jesus.

Speaking of trees, I enjoy getting into the Piney woods of East Texas with my family and having old timey fun out there, fishing, shooting, 3 or 4 Wheeling, and being free.
